Charles Karlosky asked Chelsea Angelocci to marry him during an exciting surprise ski trip to Colorado on New Year’s Eve 2016. One year later on New Year’s Eve, they said I do at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville.
From start to finish, guests were dazzled with exquisite details crafted by the couple over months of planning with an event planner, superstar Bruce Pittman. Pittman is known for his elegant and creative way of pulling the personal style of each client he works with into the details of their wedding.
Guests were greeted upon arrival to the ceremony with champagne and a beautiful backdrop for the guests to have their picture made to share their memories with the couple later.
The bride looked stunning as she came down the aisle in her wedding gown designed by Anne Barge. She wore pearl earrings her mom redesigned to include diamonds from rings of her mom and dad making them very special indeed. High Tone Entertainment played during the wedding ceremony.
Post-nuptials, in celebration of the couples’ favorite cocktails, French 75’s and Jack & Coke were passed, along with yummy Hors d’Oeuvres including Porcini Cappuccino, Artichoke Wellington, and Crab Cakes.
Table Assignments were etched in tall, fabulous lucite boards that complimented the couple’s style perfectly.
Upon entry into the Concert Hall for the reception dinner, guests were awed with the beauty of the space that included a 40 foot white sequin head table and royal oversized chairs for the bride and groom, with 7 foot florals by Forget Me Not Designs, lush guest tables and exquisite lighting that made each element shine.
The fabulously clever Monica Holmes, owner of the Clean Plate Club, and team served a pre-selected dinner including Beef Filet, Frenched Chicken, and Cous Cous & Quinoa Stuffed Red Pepper. Post dinner, the For a Good Time Call Band brought guests to the dance floor until way past midnight. And everyone took a break or two and enjoyed the glistening wedding cake from the fabulous ladies of Dulce Desserts.
New Year’s Eve was brought in with great excitement, including traditional NYE themed party favors, as well as surprises such as lit blinking ice cubes in the guests’ drinks, and 4 canons that exploded with streamers & confetti at the stroke of midnight.
Parents of the couple, Randy and Demure Angelocci, and Peggy Karlosky, and Charles Karlosky, Jr. gathered with the guests to bid the newlyweds “good night” with a pyro firework send-off by Impact Pyro. The happy couple was whisked away in a stunning vintage white Rolls Royce from Grand Avenue as they looked forward to their honeymoon in the Hawaiian Islands.
