The St. Regis Atlanta recently updated its poolside menu to include new delicious craft cocktails, including a refreshing Cucumber Collins; Peach Frosè; and Pineapple Elyx, served in a signature copper pineapple mug.
The hotel also recently launched its summer Ceviche Series, offered to in-house guests only throughout the summer months. Every Saturday and Sunday from 12-3 p.m. at the hotel’s elegant Pool Piazza, a new ceviche dish reflective of styles from around the world will be featured for $10 each.
Here’s a list of dishes that will be served:
July 22 & 23: East End Cayman Style Ceviche – Grouper, bell pepper, onion, tomato, cilantro, pickapeppa sauce, ketchup, lime, and plantain chips
July 29 & 30: Peruvian Ceviche Mixto – Baby shrimp, baby octopus, striped bass, onion, corn, cilantro, chili, rocoto leche de tigre, and cassava chips
August 5 & 6: Spanish Tuna Escabeche – Yellow fin tuna, peppers, onions, carrots, fresh thyme, smoked paprika, Xérèz vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt
August 12 & 13: Caribbean Mango Shrimp Ceviche – Baby shrimp, ripe mango, coconut milk, scotch bonnet pepper, onion, cilantro, and lime
August 19 & 20: Peruvian Crab Ceviche – Jumbo lump crab, aji Amarillo leche de tigre, corn, shallots, micro basil, and purple potato chips
August 26 & 27: Seven Mile Beach Conch Ceviche – Conch, sour orange, epazote, shallots, tomato, and uchuva
