Since opening in September, Blue MedSpa is fast becoming Atlanta’s one-stop shop for the latest improvements in health and beauty. Combining traditional spa services with cosmetic treatments in a luxurious setting, Blue MedSpa is already making a positive difference in people’s lives. Just ask Kristen White.
A current runner-up in the Miss Georgia Pageant, Kristen has witnessed first-hand the improvements in her overall health and physical appearance after only a few visits to the state-of-the-art medspa. Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at the age of 17 (a condition resulting in intestinal blockage and poor nutritional absorption), she had to rely on medications that caused fluid retention and severe weight fluctuations, making it difficult for her to reduce cellulite and maintain tone in her legs and stomach – areas extremely important in a pageant competition.
Kristen’s visits to Blue MedSpa were for advanced cellulite and toning treatments called Laserdermology, performed with the Tri-Active. This unique piece of technology uses diode laser, massage and cooling simultaneously to encourage smoothing and tightening of cellulite, increase microcirculation, enhance pre-and post-liposuction procedures and refresh facial tissue.
Just prior to these treatments, Kristen was having symptoms indicating that her disease was coming out of a two-year remission, leaving surgery as the only option. She was desperate for a safer, less-invasive solution. After only a few treatments with the Tri-Active, she noticed a dramatic improvement in her overall health and experienced phenomenal results to improve her cellulite, and toning and tightening of her legs and stomach.
After completing her series of treatments at Blue MedSpa, Kristen no longer needed surgery, nor did she need a bevy of prescription medications. Kristen was more prepared for the Miss Georgia Pageant than any pageant she had competed in before.
“I am extremely pleased with the results I experienced at Blue MedSpa,” she said. “Not only did I see a significant improvement in my cellulite and toning of my stomach and legs, but my overall health also improved. It was a very beneficial treatment that gave me increased confidence to compete and finish strong in the pageant.”

Blue MedSpa continues to improve its guests’ overall wellness and physical appearance by offering non-invasive, results-oriented treatments.
